----- Welcome Dr. Emma C. Watts -----

Dr. Perkins

Dr Jacqueline Perkins is the owner of Twin Oaks Veterinary Hospital that was established five years ago as a spay/neuter clinic. At that time and now one of the main goals of the practice is to help the various humane societies with the ever increasing costs of veterinary medicine The practice has continued to grow into a full scale hospital treating most medical and surgery cases. Twin Oaks was completely renovated and updated with the latest equipment and diagnostic tools to meet our goal of helping as much as possible the pets we all love so much. Dr Perkins received her BA from NYU, her Masters degree from Michigan State and her DVM from the University of Munich. Her compassion and kind demeanor gained her many clients following her from Connecticut, New York and all over New Jersey where she previously practiced. Dr Perkins has 5 dogs, 1 cat, 1 bird and a tank of fish. In her spare time she enjoys flying and she received her pilot license quite a few years back.

Dr. Paul Schubert

Dr. Paul Schubert grew up in Haworth, NJ. He studied biology at Villanova University before pursuing his veterinary degree overseas at the prestigious University of Glasgow in Scotland. After graduating with honors, he returned to New Jersey and completed a year-long internship at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital seeing diverse cases while working with top specialists. At work, Dr. Schubert enjoys surgery, internal medicine, and diagnostic imaging, in particular ultrasonography. Dr. Schubert and his wife Kara, who is also a veterinarian, have a menagerie of pets at home. This includes two Devon Rex cats named Animal and Pangur and a rescued Pit Bull named Toby. They have a variety of snakes including green tree pythons, jungle carpet pythons, Brazilian rainbow boas, and a hognose as well as several pairs of exotic geckos (Leachies and Chahoua). Aside from caring for all of his exotic pets, Dr. Schubert also enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing, woodworking, and botany, especially exotic plants such as orchids and cacti.
